These pork chops are a mouthwatering combination of smoky gouda cheese and crispy bacon, stuffed inside tender and juicy pork chops. Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 8 slices smoked Gouda cheese
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each pork chop by making a horizontal slit through the side of each chop. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Season the inside of each pocket with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold a slice of smoked Gouda cheese in half and place it inside each pocket of the pork chops.
