1 4-5 pound whole turkey breast
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika

After 1 hour, add the chicken broth to the smoker and continue to smoke for another 30 minutes.
When the turkey breast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, remove it from the smoker.
Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
