Ingredients

  • 1 4-5 pound whole turkey breast
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  2. Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with the olive oil and the spice mixture.
  4. Place the turkey breast in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, add the chicken broth to the smoker and continue to smoke for another 30 minutes.
  6. When the turkey breast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, remove it from the smoker.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
