1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, diced

Directions
Combine the pork cubes, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, achiote paste, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, chili powder, and smoked paprika in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
Combine the diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix to combine.
Shred the pork with two forks and add it to the bowl with the pineapple salsa. Mix to combine.
