In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground turkey until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Transfer the cooked turkey mixture to the slow cooker and add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, pumpkin puree, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
