- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, red onion, cilantro, and mint. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the salad and serve.
