Ingredients

  • 1 (4 pound) beef brisket

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2-3 cups beef broth

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Rub the brisket all over with the spice mixture.
