- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (omit for AIP)

Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Transfer the browned beef to a slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the sautéed onions and garlic to the slow cooker with the beef. Add the sliced carrots, parsnips, and bell peppers.
- In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper (if using). Mix well and pour it into the slow cooker.
