Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
