Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of spaghetti
  • 2 cups of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain the spaghetti and transfer it to a large bowl.
  3. Add the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until combined.
  4. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the heavy cream and simmer until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the cream over the pasta mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Serve warm.
