Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chopped sage leaves.
