Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 2-inch cubes

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Directions
