Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, stem removed and chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
