Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into medallions
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
