Ingredients

  • 8 ounces tortilla chips
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Directions

  2. Spread half of the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute half of the refried beans and shredded Cheddar cheese over the chips.
