Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
