Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon gin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add flour and salt, and stir until a dough forms.
- Press dough into prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and spread marmalade over the top. Set aside to cool.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and gin together, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour over marmalade layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate layer is set. Cut into bars and serve.
