Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce
- 2 cups of cooked pulled pork
- 2 cups of cooked tamales, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine enchilada sauce, pulled pork, chopped tamales, cheese, onion, olives, bell peppers, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
