Ingredients
- 3 large red bell peppers
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast peppers for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove peppers from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Peel and remove the seeds from the peppers.
- In a food processor, combine the roasted peppers, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
