Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups pluots, quartered

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add the pork cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, cumin, paprika, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the water and pluots and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and the pluots are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
