Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Add the water and pluots and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and the pluots are tender.
Serve hot.
