Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and carrots and cook for 10 minutes, or until they are tender.
