Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups cubed white bread
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, pineapple juice, coconut milk, rum extract, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the bread mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the crushed pineapple, coconut, and almonds.
