Ingredients

  • 1 pound of peeled and deveined prawns
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the prawns and garlic, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the soy sauce, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in the parsley and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
