Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, dill, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter again. Repeat this process until you have layered 4 sheets of phyllo dough.
