Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
