Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes, until the center is just set. Cool completely before serving.
