Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package frozen squash
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish.
Cook squash according to package instructions and drain. Place in a bowl.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a skillet. Add bread crumbs, cheese, onion, and remaining butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until golden. Add to squash.
Beat egg and add to squash mixture. Add salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour squash mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
