2 large portobello mushrooms (stems removed and thinly sliced)
1/2 cup walnuts (ground)
1/4 cup onion (minced)
1/4 cup celery (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup vegan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring often, for 8-10 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked mushroom mixture with the walnuts, breadcrumbs, vegan cheese, vegan mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 12 sliders and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve on slider buns with your favorite condiments.
