Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of melted white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup of mini pretzel sticks, broken into small pieces
- 1/4 cup of strawberry-flavored candy melts
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of red sugar sprinkles
- 12 large strawberries
Directions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together for 1 minute.
- Stir in the marshmallows, pretzel sticks, candy melts and almonds. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice off the bottom of each one so they will stand up.
- Dip each strawberry into the white chocolate mixture, making sure to cover it completely and then place it on a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the red sugar sprinkles over the top of the strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
