  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the beef chuck roast on all sides until browned.
