4 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice. Mix until combined.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the grilled corn and top with the cilantro and cotija cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve warm.
