Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced green chile peppers
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
