Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, pepper, egg and tomato sauce.
- Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until no pink remains in the center.
