Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until no pink remains in the center.
