Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked, flaked crab meat
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pre-made crust. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, mustard, salt and pepper until combined.
- Sprinkle the cheese on the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the crab meat.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese and crab.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
