Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, flaked crab meat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pre-made crust. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, mustard, salt and pepper until combined.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese on the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the crab meat.
  5. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese and crab.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
