Ingredients

  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 large orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and garlic.
