Ingredients

  • 3-4 fresh mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (14-ounce) package graham crackers

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla extract until well-combined. Set aside.
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, and then half of the diced mangoes.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Cut into slices and serve chilled.
