Ingredients

  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 8 ounces of manchego cheese, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cups of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions
