Ingredients
- 4 cups of leftover meatloaf, crumbled
- 1 bag (32 ounces) of frozen tater tots
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sour cream
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the crumbled leftover meatloaf evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the meatloaf.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the tater tots, making sure to evenly coat them.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
