Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs venison stew meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp water
