Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Kona sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Kona sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Mix until ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Cover the dish or seal the bag and allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through.
  4. Serve with additional Kona sauce, if desired.
