Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Kona sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine Kona sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Mix until ingredients are evenly combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Cover the dish or seal the bag and allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through.
- Serve with additional Kona sauce, if desired.
