Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried kombu seaweed
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Soak the kombu seaweed in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the seaweed and pat it dry with a paper towel.
