Ingredients
- 1 lb. swai fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, thyme, and black pepper.
- Brush the swai fillets with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the fillets.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve the swai fillets with your favorite side dish.
