Ingredients

  • 1 lb. swai fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Brush the swai fillets with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the fillets.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Serve the swai fillets with your favorite side dish.
