In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the bread dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle.
Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up the dough, beginning at a long side, to form a log. Place the log on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
