Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread sour cream topping over cheesecake. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
