Ingredients

  • 3 cups of fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, honey, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture has thickened and reduced by about half.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the marmalade into a clean, dry jar and let cool completely before sealing with a lid.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
