Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pressing the edges together to seal the dumpling.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
