  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, warm water, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
