Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jiffy baking mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Jiffy baking mix and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it a few times to form a smooth ball.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

  6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the melted butter, followed by the ground cinnamon.
  7. Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

  10. While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and enough milk to achieve a drizzling consistency.

  12. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
