Ingredients

  • 1 leftover chicken carcass
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
