Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion, and garlic over medium heat until sausage is browned and cooked through. Drain the grease.
  2. Add the water, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Add the potatoes and green pepper and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Serve hot.
