Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups cubed potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion, and garlic over medium heat until sausage is browned and cooked through. Drain the grease.
- Add the water, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Add the potatoes and green pepper and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.
