Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, ground turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure that the chicken breasts are well-coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
